Privacy Policy.

CC Projects AB (Org.nr 559030-6808) (“CC Projects,” “CC Agents,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your choices regarding that information.

“User Data” means any data you submit to our platform for processing, including product catalogs, creative assets, and operational documents. “Service” means the CC Agents platform and related services.

We are an early-stage company. This policy is intentionally concise. As our product and practices evolve, we will update this policy and notify you of material changes.

Account information. Name, email address, and organization details you provide when signing up or contacting us.

User Data. Data you submit to our platform for processing (e.g., product catalogs, creative assets, documents).

Usage data. Basic analytics such as pages visited, feature interactions, and performance metrics, collected automatically.

Communications. Information you provide when you email us, join our waitlist, or submit a form.

We may use first-party cookies and privacy-friendly analytics tools to collect usage data such as page views, feature interactions, and performance metrics. These tools may use cookies or local storage to distinguish visits and sessions.

We may use strictly necessary cookies to maintain session state and preferences, and limited analytics tools to understand site performance.

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, operate, and improve the Service
• Communicate with you about your account or our products
• Respond to your requests and support inquiries
• Generate aggregated, de-identified analytics to improve our platform

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your User Data to train general-purpose AI models unless you provide explicit, prior written consent.

We may share information only in the following circumstances:

• Service providers. Trusted third parties that help us operate (e.g., hosting, analytics), bound by confidentiality obligations.
• AI sub-processors. Your User Data may be processed by third-party AI providers (e.g., large language model APIs) to deliver the Service. These providers are contractually prohibited from using your data for their own training or purposes.
• Legal requirements. When required by law, regulation, or valid legal process.
• Business transfers. In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, with notice to you.

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. If you request deletion of your account, we will delete or de-identify your data within ninety (90) days, unless retention is required by law.

We use commercially reasonable safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

CC Projects is based in Sweden. Where data is transferred outside the European Economic Area (EEA), we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) to ensure your information receives an adequate level of protection.

Under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable local laws, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, port, restrict, or object to the processing of your personal information. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at contact@ccprojects.se.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority. In Sweden, that is the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (Integritetsskyddsmyndigheten, IMY).

The Service is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected such information, we will delete it promptly. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, please contact us at contact@ccprojects.se.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes through the Service or by other reasonable means. Your continued use of the Service after such notice constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

You can delete your account or any specific data we hold at any time. There’s no automated form — every request is reviewed by a human at CC Projects to make sure the right data leaves and nothing important is destroyed by mistake.

How to request deletion. Email contact@ccprojects.se with the subject line “Data deletion request” and tell us briefly which of the following you want:

• Delete my account entirely — your workspace, all uploaded files, all conversation history, every integration’s stored credentials, every linked platform’s cached data.
• Delete a specific connector’s data — for example, “delete only my Meta / Facebook data”. Useful when you want to disconnect one platform without closing your workspace.
• Delete a specific upload or asset — name the file or item.

Our timeline. Within 5 business days you receive a written confirmation. Within 30 days the data is fully removed from active systems. Within 90 days the data is removed from encrypted backups (matching the retention clause in Section 06 above).

Meta / Facebook / Instagram data specifically. If you’ve connected a Facebook Page or Instagram Business Account through CC Agents, the simplest way to remove that connection is from Facebook’s side: visit facebook.com/settings/apps, find CC Agents, and remove it. Facebook will notify our system automatically — your Meta connection and any cached Meta data (Page metadata, posts we read, ad performance snapshots) are deleted from our active systems within minutes. Facebook will give you a confirmation URL where you can verify the deletion was processed.

Alternatively, you can disconnect from inside CC Agents — sign in, open Settings → Connectors → Meta → Disconnect. This produces the same result.

Either path is sufficient on its own.
