Terms of Service.

By accessing or using the platform and services (collectively, the “Service”) provided by CC Projects AB, a Swedish limited company (Org.nr 559030-6808) (“CC Projects,” “CC Agents,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

You must be at least 18 years of age, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction (whichever is greater), to use the Service. If you are accepting these Terms on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms, and references to “you” or “your” shall refer to that organization.

If you have entered into a separate Master Service Agreement, Order Form, or other written agreement with CC Projects governing your use of the Service (a “Customer Agreement”), the terms of that Customer Agreement shall take precedence over these Terms to the extent of any conflict.

CC Agents provides AI-run consumer brand operations, including but not limited to: storefront and merchandising agents, lifecycle marketing, sourcing and fulfillment orchestration, customer operations, creative testing, and brand intelligence.

The Service is currently in a pre-launch and beta stage. Features, functionality, and availability may change without notice. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. Service level commitments, if any, will be set forth in a separate Customer Agreement.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Keep your account credentials secure
• Notify CC Projects immediately of any unauthorized access to or use of your account
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

CC Projects retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the Service, including all associated intellectual property rights. This includes our platform, agents, algorithms, models, and underlying technology.

You retain ownership of all data you submit to the Service (“User Data”). By using the Service, you grant CC Projects a non-exclusive, worldwide license to process your User Data solely to provide and operate the Service on your behalf.

Outputs generated by the Service are provided “as-is.” CC Projects does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any particular purpose of AI-generated outputs.

You are solely responsible for reviewing and validating all outputs before use in your operations. As between you and CC Projects, you own all outputs generated from your User Data.

We collect and process the following categories of data:

• Account information (name, email, organization details)
• Usage data (feature interactions, performance metrics)
• Data submitted to the Service for processing (“User Data”)

Use of User Data. Your User Data is used solely to provide and operate the Service on your behalf. CC Projects will not use your User Data to train general-purpose machine learning models unless you provide explicit, prior written consent.

Aggregated Data. CC Projects may generate aggregated, de-identified data that cannot reasonably be used to identify you or any individual, and may use such Aggregated Data to maintain, improve, and develop the Service.

Privacy. We comply with applicable data protection laws, including the GDPR. Our Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Engage in any illegal or unauthorized activity
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
• Circumvent or disable any security features of the Service
• Place excessive load on the Service or engage in scraping or automated data extraction
• Infringe upon the rights of any third party
• Upload or transmit harmful, offensive, or illegal content

The Service may integrate with or contain links to third-party tools, platforms, and services. CC Projects is not responsible for the content, availability, or practices of any third-party services.

Your use of third-party services is governed by their respective terms and policies. We encourage you to review those terms before use.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

The Service is in a pre-launch and beta stage. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. We make no warranties regarding the accuracy or reliability of any AI-generated output.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CC PROJECTS’ TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF: (A) THE TOTAL FEES PAID BY YOU TO CC PROJECTS IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE THOUSAND SWEDISH KRONOR (SEK 1,000).

IN NO EVENT SHALL CC PROJECTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless CC Projects AB, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to:

• Your use of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your infringement of any third-party rights

Neither party shall be liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, pandemic, war, terrorism, labor disputes, power failures, internet disruptions, or government actions.

Either party may terminate these Terms at any time. CC Projects may suspend or terminate your access to the Service immediately and without prior notice if you violate these Terms.

Upon termination, you will have thirty (30) days to export your User Data from the Service, after which CC Projects may delete it. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall remain in effect, including but not limited to: intellectual property, limitation of liability, indemnification, and dispute resolution.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sweden, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service shall first be resolved through good-faith informal negotiation for a period of thirty (30) days. If the dispute is not resolved informally, it shall be settled by the Swedish courts, with the District Court of Stockholm (Stockholms tingsrätt) as the court of first instance.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes through the Service or by other means. Your continued use of the Service after such notice constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
